2.4 The development of competencies

Each people/business analyst is likely to master more specific areas than others. For enhancing/improving any weakness, there are 3 methods that can be used :

• Training: which is particularly useful and efficient for learning new techniques.
• Self study: develop business knowledge.
• Workplace experience::is global, allow using new techniques learnt, deepen business knowledge and develop behavioural/personal skills.
