6.3 Stakeholder management strategies

• No interest and no power/influence (ignore): can be ignored regarding to day-to-day issues, only occasionally informed.
• Some or high interest but no power/influence (keep informed): sell the project and keeping them informed of changes.
• No or low to high interest but some power/influence (keep onside): keep them supportive by frequent and positive communication.
• No or low interest but high power/influence (watch): ensure that they will exert their power when needed.
• Some interest and high power/influence (keep satisfied): keep satisfied their indirect interest in the project.
• High interest and high power/influence (constant, active management): keep them involved in any decisions/ ask their recommendations and keep them informed about the progress.
